Plan my woodlot’s future
A forest management plan is an indispensable tool for improving your woodlot. It’s a guide to decision-making whether you’re interested in wildlife, aesthetics, timber sale income or recreational access. A management plan is prepared by a forester and typically includes an inventory and map of forest types and soil types, sometimes a description of historical land use, a statement of landowner goals and recommendations.
